ACCELERATED HEALING/REGENERATION Heals small cuts/wounds within seconds, broken bones within day(s), fatal attacks in a week. Can't get sick unless poisoned, in which case the poison is purged. Depending on how often he's harmed, his regeneration accelerates.

Son of a single mother, younger brother of Dmitri.
Shy kid who kept his head down doing background jobs (mechanic but never customer service, petty crime/never handling the talking), grew up without a father/bullied for it in school (father was in some shady business and a potential supporter of freaky cult), the type of student everyone looked away from not toward
cw: incest: Had a co-dependent situation of “protective” elder sibling and his attachment to them became sexual in nature
Involved himself in an unfortunate deal (owed a serious amount of money) and was targeted for a hit and run (debating on this idk)
An incident on Dragonfly Farm lead to the death of angels by witches, with one surviving angel being let go. The angel disappeared, finding a host of one unlucky dying boy, saving his life by possessing him.
Cue a sudden surge of attention from people he wanted nothing to do with and ending up at SLC (Spiritual Leveling Center), where they determine they can trigger the Seraphim to take over with a code word, only it never works twice. They try to control him, or at least siphon the Seraphim out in pieces. The procedures and tests are incredibly unsuccessful, and with every possession he's left with amnesia, making him unaware of the Seraphim's existence.
Meets Roza while at the facility, though never physically. She would sneak into his room– and offer information.
The goal was for SLC to send him to Vesko Corp, though a latent ability (and Roza's help) kept Elias walking on the thin iced path to survival.
Elias spent years in and out of correctional facilities, racking up multiple arrests and several assault charges. He’s more interested in making fast money than honest money, and he’s made a name for himself in several underground fight clubs and in selling drugs.
He steals from corporate pharmacies by tracking shipments and pulling heists. You want it, he's got it– he doesn't care what he's selling as long as he's making some cash. Elias refuses to steal from hospitals, but has one connection that sells him small amounts of medical-grade pharmaceuticals every month.
• PERSONALITY •
Once a quiet mumbler turned quietly violent, he’d always been the target of others’ cruelty—until halfway through his time at the SLC, where he was forced to learn to stand up for himself, though it involved less talking than one might hope.
Due to post-possession amnesia, Elias experiences a fragmented sense of self and struggles to stay grounded. In high-stress situations, he often faces intense internal conflict, which he attributes to lingering instability from the traumatic brain injury sustained in the accident. (The conflict is caused by the angel, but he has no means of true communication with it, both being unaware of its existence and the angel's resistance in connection)
Street smart, book smart not so much.
Has a severe amount of SLC-related trauma that takes shape in control issues. He had to figure out how to get ahead quickly after the fire and prefers having his back against a wall than a tree. Can be pretty reactive depending on the environment and his mood. If he's feeling particularly anxious, startling him can be dangerous. Sometimes suffers from night terrors exasperated by stress and doesn't remember any kind of dreams, so when exhaustion hits too badly he can be found taking a rare nap.
