ic permissions HUGGING: physical affection is complicated for elias. he won't accept hugs from a stranger, or hugs in general unless he's in a bad spot. he's very selective about who he allows in his personal space and isn't interested in any kind of PDA. KISSING: if the chemistry is there, yes. FLIRTING: feel free but reciprocation unpredictable ROMANCE: he has a lot of trouble with romance or deeper connections in general. he has abandonment wounds and sooo many walls up when it comes to genuine relationships. would require a lot of slow burn but oocly i'm a shipfreak so i'm happy to plot things out SEX: he needs some chemistry to exist but yes FIGHTING: go for it, but he's scrappy, tough and knows how to fight dirty. he's been in an underground fight ring for some time and not afraid to make your bones crunch. OPT-IN/OUT THE OBSERVER Elias has a passive ability thanks to the seraphim locked away inside of him, which has anyone within a 100ft radius, regardless of being outside or inside, feeling watched. The sensation is neutral, but depending on your character's beliefs, can come across as comforting or unnerving, like judgement is being passed in some shape or form.
